We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase. The returned item must be in their original, unused, factory packed condition with the UPC tag attached or appropriate UPC packaging.
You can use our Online Returns Center to start a refund.
Yes. If you return an item using the return label provided in the Online Returns Center, and the reason for return isn't a result of an error committed by us, the cost of return shipping, will be deducted from your refund. Are there restocking fees? No. We do not have a restocking fee. How will I be refunded? All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. How long will the refund process take? All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days to refund to show up in your payment account.
